Top Performing Companies Honoured at the EM Asia Innovation Awards 2010
Singapore – The winners of the 5th EM Asia Innovation Awards were announced at an awards ceremony this evening, held at the Shanghai Everbright International Hotel. Top performing companies from the electronics manufacturing industry were recognised for achieving the highest standards in the various manufacturing-related products, materials and equipment that have been introduced and offered for sale in Asia between January 1st 2009 and December 31st 2009.
This year, 23 trophies were handed out, ranging from assembly line systems/equipment and cleaning materials, to soldering equipment. Key industry associations including SMTA, IPC, iNEMI, Tsinghua University SMTLAB and Guangzhou Electronics Manufacturing Association (SMT) were all present to lend support to this important industry event.

We are proud to announce that this year’s Awards received exceptionally strong support from the industry. We thank you for making EM Asia the media choice for the electronics manufacturing industry across Asia,” said June Tan, Publisher of EM Asia.
“In order to encourage more participation from mainland Chinese companies in the electronics industry, a new award category has been introduced this year, namely, the Outstanding Product of the Year (China), with GKG Precision Machine Co., Ltd and ALeader Vision Technology, jointly clinching the Award for this category.”
“We will continue to evolve and remain relevant to provide industry players with a driving force that truly recognises excellent performance. All our winners have made major contributions towards their respective fields, and we are proud to honour their achievements,” added June Tan.
The ceremony brought together around 200 industry professionals, who celebrated the joyous occasion with all the award winning companies.
