The Board of Directors of Rohm and Haas Company elected David N. Schram as Vice President of Rohm and Haas Company.
David N. Schram joined LeaRonal in 1973 and held various positions including research manager, corporate technical coordinator, and assistant vice president and director of Marketing, before becoming vice president of Sales and Marketing in 1994.
When LeaRonal became part of Shipley in 1999, Mr. Schram was named vice president of Global Sales for Shipley Ronal. He became president of Shipley Ronal's Electronic and Industrial Finishing Division in 2000. In 2004, the company name was changed to Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials, Packaging ad Finishing Technologies. He is a member of Rohm and Haas Company's Leadership Council.
