VJ Electronix’s Worldwide Sales Manager Relocates to Suzhou, China

VJ Electronix announces that Doug Robinson, its Worldwide Sales Manager, has moved to Suzhou, China in order to provide the company’s Asian customer base with the most comprehensive support available. Doug will be based out of VJ Technologies’ established office in Suzhou. VJ Electronix is a VJ Technologies Company.
According to VJ Electronix, its Chinese facility will provide its Asian customers with expanded services and resources including a refurbishment center for used rework and X-ray systems that will allow VJE to cultivate the installed base of systems and offer customers trade-in policies on new units. Additionally, its applications center will allow rework and X-ray customers to send samples for evaluation to a local address with minimal turnaround time, the company said.
Doug’s primary responsibilities will be to manage the sales of products and applications that meet and exceed the demands of the global industry while cultivating customer relationships in the Asian market.
Don Naugler, General Manager, said, “Doug’s move to China represents the commitment we have to this region and our customers there. The improvements and technological advancements we are making to our Suzhou facility represent considerable investment from VJ Electronix.”
Doug has 30 years of international sales experience including channel development for high-technology companies including EATON, Crane Aerospace, Oracle, Intermec and Sanmina/SCI. Additionally, he holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Washington, as well as post-grad work in International Business from AIT Asian Institute of Technology (Singapore). Doug speaks Mandarin, Thai and Bahasa.
