Cobar to Present Paper on SN100C Flux Systems Development at APEX 2008

Cobar Europe BV announces that its Managing Director, Eli Westerlaken, will present a technical paper at IPC Printed Circuits Expo, APEX & the Designers Summit, April 1 - 3, 2008, in Las Vegas, NV, USA. The paper, titled “Performing Flux-Technology for Pb-Free SN100C Solders” is co-authored by Ineke Tiggelen-Aarden, Technical Director for Cobar Europe BV.
Westerlaken will present the paper in Technical Session S28, Wave Soldering I, on Thursday, April 3, 2008. Session moderator is Jasbir Bath of Flextronics International. It is the first of two sessions on wave solder assembly.
