Koh Young Opens Japan Sales, Service Division

3D inspection technology company Koh Young announces the establishment and opening of a sales and service division in Japan, Japan Koh Young Company Limited (JKY). According to the company, the branch has been established to better serve the evolving needs of Koh Young’s customers in Japan. South Korea-based Koh Young Technology Inc. is a provider of 3D measurement & inspection systems for semiconductor manufacturing and electronics assembly.
In making the announcement, Dr Koh, CEO said, “Japan Koh Young Company Limited will support our SPI systems and semiconductor equipment for current and future customers in Japan, and will promote and distribute Koh Young products through its distributors. In opening this division, we’re investing in our future as well as moving closer to our customers in Japan so that we can better serve their needs.”
The President of Japan Koh Young Company Limited is Mutsuo Furuya, who had been retired from Hitachi Manufacturing and Industrial Equipment and has extensive sales experiences in the semiconductor. The sales and service team will initially consist of one Sales Manager, Daniel Suh, two field service engineers, and a secretary.
Japan Koh Young Company Limited will have demo facility with several systems which potential customers can test and evaluate.
