VJ Electronix Appoints New Director of Global Sales and Marketing

VJ Electronix announces that it named Ronald Lindell as its Director of Global Sales and Marketing in May 2008. Previous to joining VJ Electronix, Lindell served as the North American and Global Sales Manager for the Assembly Test Division of Teradyne.

According to the company, Lindell has more than 25 years of experience in the high-technology capital equipment sector of the electronics assembly and industrial marketplace. The last 15 years have been focused on imaging and rework technologies that serve process monitoring/control and quality assurance applications within the electronic assembly market sector.

Lindell has a multi-disciplined background gained from various positions held at companies such as Teradyne Inc, GenRad, Nicolet Imaging Systems (a Thermo Electron subsidiary), Nicolet Instrument Corp, Gould Inc, and Tonka Corp. With a dynamic background in high-tech operations, he has held the positions of Divisional President, Global Sales Manager, International Sales Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller.

In addition to his global sales, operational, and full profit and loss experience, Lindell has been involved with start-up and turnaround situations. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has taken numerous post-graduate courses and seminars in strategic and operational planning, sales management, manufacturing management, and total quality management. He currently resides in La Quinta, CA, USA and splits his time between VJ Electronix’s headquarters in Littleton, MA, USA and traveling to VJE’s global customer base.
