Essemtec Increases Production Capacity

15 July 2008

Essemtec announced that it has increased its production capacity on July 3 and 4, 2008, adding more than 1220 sqm of production and office space to its headquarters production space in Aesch, Switzerland.

Martin Ziehbrunner, CEO of Essemtec celebrated the opening of the architecturally interesting new building that includes not only production space but also office rooms and a large, friendly canteen.

The personal side of the business is important for Essemtec. Therefore, the celebration was split into different occasions: A User Group Meeting for know-how exchange with the customers, an in-house exhibition, a suppliers day and an open day for friends and relatives.

The new two-storied building has been optimally designed into the available space, and has an interesting footprint. The FLX and CSM production department is occupied by the ground floor.

Martin Ziehbrunner, CEO, said, “We are rapidly growing. Unfortunately, workspace always stays a little bit behind of that. We are happy that the new building has been finished in time. However, the utilization factor at the present location has now reached its limit. For further enlargement, we must look for other possibilities.”
