Nepcon China 2009 Aims to Provide Much Needed Industry Boost in Asia

Nepcon China 2009 will once again be held in Shanghai’s Everbright Convention & Exhibition Centre, from April 21–24. Reed Exhibitions said it will use its extensive resources and expertise to ensure that the show remains in tune with the exact needs of the industry during these challenging times.

Among the attractions in April will be 3G Day, which will gather professionals from the communications industry to share the developing trend of the 3G business. Organisers of the 3G Day, the Youth Daily and Reed Exhibitions, together with industry specialists, have been proactive in obtaining detailed analysis of the latest technologies and opportunities in the SMT marketplace.

Additionally, more than 10 major EMS and manufacturing companies will be invited to hold their annual staff meeting and training sessions during the four day exhibition. In addition to the learning and training opportunities offered at the event, they will have an opportunity to walk the show floor to acquaint themselves with the latest technologies in the industry they work in. On top of that, a high-level business conference catered for the industry’s decision makers will be an attraction for top executives from major electronics manufacturers.

For the first time in the electronics manufacturing event in China, Nepcon China 2009 will feature a full demonstration line equipped with printer, pick-and-place machine, reflow oven and soldering machine in action. The new attraction is designed to provide visitors with a full insight into today’s SMT manufacturing line.
