American Tec and Valor Sign Cooperative Agreement

Valor Computerized Systems Ltd, a global provider of productivity-enhancing software solutions for the electronics industry, has recently signed a cooperative agreement with American Tec, who will be distributing Valor’s products and providing technical support service in Asia (China, India, Vietnam), covering Valor’s advanced process engineering platform, manufacturing monitoring and control solution, and quality management system.

American Tec Co Ltd (Amtec) is an integrated supplier of electronics manufacturing equipment and services in the field of SMT machines, testing machines and semiconductor back-end packaging machines for production. Its distribution network covers China (mainland & HK), India and South East Asia including Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore. At present, Amtec is providing equipment solutions to more than 500 customers. The company is a subsidiary of North Asia Strategic Holdings Limited (NAS).

Relying on Amtec’s vast experience and knowledge in the electronic manufacturing industry of and Valor’s strength in the electronics design and manufacturing software arena, both companies said they hope to better serve their customers and drive the application of advanced electronics manufacturing technology to a new level.

Introducing Valor’s products will further enrich and strengthen our product line, and provide our customers with significant benefits while they enjoy Amtec’s one stop value-added solutions.” said Hiromori Toyokawa, CEO of Ametc.
