OK International Celebrates Award Win at APEX

The Apex exhibition has certainly got off to a positive start for the team at OK International, who collected their second consecutive Service Excellence Award. Presented to Marketing Manager Jerry Simmons at a ceremony held in Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Hotel on Monday March 30th, the award recognizes the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers around the world.

Circuits Assembly magazine’s Service Excellence Award recognizes companies who excel in the area of customer service. Open to all electronics manufacturing service providers and electronics assembly suppliers, the awards survey customers in order to determine the level of satisfaction across designated categories. Customers ranked OK International in five critical areas of support-–dependability/timely delivery, manufacturing quality, responsiveness to requests and changes, technology, and value for the price-–and the company emerged as the winner in the soldering equipment category.
