BTU International and KIC to Co-Host Reflow Webinar

BTU International, a supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment and processes for the alternative energy and electronics manufacturing markets, announced that the company and KIC, a provider of automated thermal management tools and systems for thermal processing, including reflow, will co-host a webinar titled "Lowering Your Reflow Costs”.

Fred Dimock, Manager of Process Technology for BTU, and Brian O’Leary, Sales Manager–Americas for KIC, will present the joint webinar.

The webinar will be presented twice: first at 1:00pm PDT on Friday, April 24, 2009, and second at 9:00am PDT on Tuesday, April 28. The webinar will highlight some methods and tools that can be used to lower energy costs while maintaining profiles that are within the solder manufacturer’s reflow specifications.
