LPKF Laser & Electronics AG to Showcase Innovative Technologies at SMT in Nuremberg

LPKF Laser & Electronics AG’s stand at this year’s SMT from 5th to 7th of May will present the whole spectrum of Rapid PCB Prototyping. The company from Garbsen in Germany will showcase a comprehensive solution for chemical free PCB prototyping: from unstructured base materials to assembled boards. The highlight is the LPKF ProtoLaser S which opens up new dimensions in the structuring of analog and HF circuits on laminated or ceramic substrates, according to the company.
In addition, LPKF will also be presenting the ProtoLaser U: a UV laser source system which opens up new options in labs, development departments, and for mini-series production. The company is also represented on the VDI/VDE pavilion with a brand new LPKF MicroLine 6000 S. LPKF will demonstrate how the UV production laser system can be seamlessly integrated within a production line, where it depanels assembled circuit boards.
