Advanced MP Technology Appoints New Sales Director for APAC Region

Advanced MP Technology, a global distributor of electronic components, announced that Kevin Wang, Sales Manager for Hong Kong and Southern Asia, has been promoted to the position of Sales Director for the entire APAC region.

Kevin’s credentials include an MBA from Notre Dame University, located in Illinois, USA, along with a successful professional history in previous sales and management positions within the electronic component distribution industry, the company said.

According to Jens Gamperl, Global VP of Sales at Advanced MP Technology, "Kevin’s recent accomplishments in building a successful sales team and expansion of our customer base has greatly contributed to our increasing success in Hong Kong and southern China. He added that "under Kevin’s sales direction in the entire APAC region, we strongly foresee the continuation of the same successes in our sales operation”.

"During his employment at Advanced MP Technology, Kevin has used his broad experience and multicultural knowledge to dramatically increase sales in Hong Kong and Southern Asia; so much so that we decided to expand our Hong Kong location in December of 2008” says Advanced MP Technology Asia Director, Kamran Malek. As the Sales Director for APAC region, Kevin will be based in Hong Kong and will be oversee the Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai sales offices.
