BPM Microsystems announces the retirement of Lyman Brown, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 31, 2010. William White will transition back into the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.
"I am looking forward to resuming my role as a full-time CEO again,” said White. "I am very optimistic about the opportunities I see for the company. I have a vision for the future that I am eager to see fulfilled in the coming months and years.”
"I want to thank Lyman for his contributions, dedication and tireless efforts since he joined the company in 2003,” said White.
Brown began his career with BPM Microsystems in June 2003 as the director of business development. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in November of the same year.
"I have enjoyed my time at BPM Microsystems immensely,” said Brown. "It has been a pleasure contributing to its success these last six years. The company is well-positioned for a bright future. In particular, the key is providing our customers with superior service and solutions that support their device programming requirements.”
