Everett Charles Technologies to Present at APEX 2010

Everett Charles Technologies announces that Gary St Onge, Director of US and China Operations, will present a paper titled "Zoom Fixtures for ATE” at the upcoming IPC APEX conference and exhibition, scheduled to take place April 6-8, 2010 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA. The presentation will be held during Session S08, titled "Test and Inspection I,” which will take place Tuesday, April 6, 2010.

According to ECT, the paper details a breakthrough technology for ATE fixtures. These new fixtures address the current market needs to be faster, cheaper and smaller. The new fixture design decreases typical fixture turn times to two to three days on average. Fixture prices also are reduced by approximately 50 to 60 percent. ATE technology provides improved pointing accuracy for testing targets down to 0.015" targets on a 0.5mm pitch.
