Electrolube’s Global Conference Proclaimed a Resounding Success

Electrolube brought together the company's principle staff, including directors and senior management from across the globe, to their Chinese facility in Beijing for an International Sales and Marketing Conference. Some 30 staff from the UK, France, Germany, Brazil, USA, China and Australasia met in a spirit of continuity to discuss the future of Electrolube, its global business, success stories and potential new opportunities.

Despite the current economic climate, it was confirmed that Electrolube is continuing to grow and move forward, and further plans were developed at the conference to ensure the company continues on this road.

Ron Jakeman, Electrolube’s Managing Director said: "The global conference was a great success, not only were we able to put plans in place for further growth and success of the company, but we have come away with a more cohesive team with many new relationships having been developed."

The conference was designed not only to look towards the future development of the company, but also to strengthen skills and enrich the working environment, by enhancing a sense of team spirit and fellowship. Staff undertook training and discussions throughout the week, concluding with an enjoyable sightseeing tour of Beijing.

Due to the success, the next conference will be held in November at the new UK head office facilities in Derbyshire.
