Electrolube will be exhibiting its extensive portfolio, including the newest ‘green’ product, the new non-VOC conformal coating range, at Electronex, electronics design and assembly expo in Sydney, Australia from 8 to 9 September.
VOCs (volatile organic compounds) contribute to the formation of ground-level ozone, a major component of smog. This pollution can have detrimental effects on the environment. To help reduce VOC emissions from processes in electronics manufacturing, Electrolube has developed NVOC, the market’s first solvent and VOC-free conformal coating, to provide the performance and user-friendliness of a solvent based coating without VOCs.
Since introducing the non-VOC range, they have become one of Electrolube’s best selling ranges and this trend is now being seen in Australia. Chris Hall, Key Account Manager explains: "Electronex will give us the opportunity to introduce the non-VOC range to an even wider audience. Having already exhibited this year in Sydney at the National Manufacturing Week and seen the interest in the new product range from visitors, we are expecting enquiries to be just as high."
"Many companies are becoming increasingly aware of the environmental effects of high VOC containing products, and Electrolube's new non-VOC range will help to put industries on the path to a greener future.”
