Zestron will participate in the upcoming SMTA South China Technical Conference to be held during Nepcon South China 2010 on August 31. The topic this year is "Limitations of DI-Water Cleaning Processes”.
While a lot of companies with cleaning applications for the removal of OA fluxes often rely on cleaning with DI-water, recent market studies have shown that water has reached its cleaning performance limitation favoring the use of chemistry-based processes. The study focuses on the value-added benefits of chemistry-based cleaning processes, such as decreasing the overall process cost, better bonding and coating after cleaning, lower application temperatues, and wider process windows.
Furthermore, to learn about the first pH-neutral defluxing cleaning agent – VIGON N 501 and various modern cleaning processes, customers are encouraged to visit ZESTRON’s booth at Nepcon South China 2010. The company's local engineering team will be readily available to answer all questions regarding their products and process technologies. For more information, email info@zestronchina.com.
