Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc (IMI) and Narra Venture Capital II have signed an agreement with PSi Technologies Inc, among others, for their acquisition of 67 percent of PSi, an independent semiconductor assembly and test-service provider to the power semiconductor market. The aggregate transaction value is approximately $30 million.
