With the tagline "Green Technologies for Electronics Manufacturing”, this year’s Globaltronics aims to highlight green products and services that are offered by international exhibiting companies. 29 exhibiting companies will be presenting RoHS-compliance products and services, recycling and waste management capabilities, energy efficient products and services and products/processes that convert and produce renewable energy and sustainable energy at the 10th edition of the show.
"Since the introduction of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive in 2006 and 2007 respectively, the electronics manufacturing industry has become more educated and proactive in the adoption of green technologies. We hope to propel further growth in this area by putting more focus on green technologies, products and services at Globaltronics this year,” commented Michelle Lim, Managing Director of the organizer Reed Exhibitions.
