Koh Young announces the delivery of their 2000th in-line solder paste inspection (SPI) system to Denso Corporation. Denso is a supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components for the world's major automakers. In making the announcement, Dr Kwangill Koh, CEO, said "The delivery of our 2000th in-line SPI machine is a significant milestone for Koh Young Technology. Denso will be deploying our aSPIre 2 system to optimize their automotive electronics manufacturing process.
