Panasonic Launches New Radial Component Insertion Machine

Panasonic Factory Solutions Co Ltd introduces its latest radial component insertion machine RL132 from April 2011. Designed and manufactured in Singapore, RL 132 offers a maximum speed at 0.14s/ component.
Panasonic said the enhanced capability of the technology, with increased speed, higher performance and superior reliability, provides manufacturers of home appliances, audiovisual equipments, lighting and power supply units with improved productivity and cost reduction. The company added that this automatic component insertion technology will conserve energy, reduce material costs for components and printed circuit boards and optimize human resources leading to up to 15 percent reduction of the total cost of ownership.
This new product is manufactured in Singapore by Panasonic Factory Solutions Asia Pacific.
