Electrolube Adds Product Selector Feature to its Website

Electrolube announced it has devised a new way for customers to choose the correct products for the job. A 'Product Selector' button has been added to the Electrolube website so customers can quickly and easily assess what product they require from the extensive portfolio.
Karen Harrison, Electrolube's Marketing Manager said: "We are continually devising new ways to provide an even better service for our customers and we felt that adding the product selector feature to the website would support the information that our customers currently receive."
"The product selector, is a quick and easy 'click questionnaire' which is divided into 6 product areas; aqueous cleaners, solvent cleaners, conformal coating, resins, thermal management and contact lubricants. Customers click on what they require and will then be asked simple questions, for example do they require a non-VOC product or is optical clarity required. Once the questions have been answered a list of suitable products will be displayed. Customer can then find out further information about the product on the website or call our technical department for detailed information."
"We know how busy companies are and that time management is very important. By adding this quick and easy method of choosing a product it will save time."
Electrolube has also added new downloads to help in explaining the effectiveness of its product ranges for conformal coating and contact lubricants. The new brochures provide detailed information of the products, and shows results of testing that has been performed, helping to give customers a more in-depth knowledge on the ranges.
