BTU International Receives Best Presentation Award from SMTA China

BTU International Inc announces that Fred Dimock, BTU's Manager of Process Technology, received the Best Presentation Award at the SMTA China East 2011 award presentation ceremony. Dimock's presentation, titled "Lowering Your Reflow Cost," was presented at a May 12, 2011 conference.

The nearly hour-long oral presentation, both written and presented by Dimock, highlighted a variety of methods and tools that can be used to lower energy costs of the reflow oven while maintaining profiles that are within the solder manufacturer's reflow specifications.

The SMTA China East Conference Program covers the hottest topics in the industry. The advanced program was designed by the highly regarded SMTA China East Technical Advisory Committee.
