Top Performing Companies Honored at EM Asia Innovation Awards 2008
Shanghai, China – EM Asia Innovation Awards 2008 announced its winners at a cocktail reception this evening at the Shanghai Everbright International Hotel. Top performing companies were recognized for achieving the highest standards in the various manufacturing-related products, materials and equipment introduced and offered for sale in Asia between March 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
This year’s Awards garnered over 50% more entries from the previous year. 24 awards were handed out ranging from assembly line tools, cleaning materials, production management systems to wave soldering equipment. Key industry associations including iNEMI, IPC, SMTA, Tsinghua University SMTLAB and Guangzhou Electronics Manufacturing Association (SMT) were present to show support for this awards program.

The strong support from the industry is a firm endorsement of EM Asia as the media of choice for the electronics manufacturing industry within Asia,” said June Tan, Publisher of EM Asia. “We will continue to evolve to stay relevant and provide industry players with a driving force that truly recognises excellent performance. All the winners tonight made major contributions towards their respective fields and truly deserved the Awards.”
The ceremony brought together close to 200 industry professionals who celebrated the joyous occasion with the award winning companies
