Top Performing Companies Honoured at the EM Asia Innovation Awards 2009
The winners of the 4th EM Asia Innovation Awards were announced at an awards ceremony on 22 April at Shanghai Everbright International Hotel. Top performing companies from the electronics manufacturing industry were recognised for achieving the highest standards in the various manufacturing-related products, materials and equipment that have been introduced and offered for sale in Asia between January 1st 2008 and December 31st 2008.
This year, 22 trophies were handed out, ranging from assembly line tools and cleaning materials, to wave soldering equipment. Key industry associations including iNEMI, IPC, SMTA, Tsinghua University SMTLAB and Guangzhou Electronics Manufacturing Association (SMT) were all present to lend support to this important industry event.

Despite the current challenging economic landscape, this year’s Awards received exceptionally strong support from the industry. We thank you for making EM Asia the media choice for the electronics manufacturing industry across Asia,” said June Tan, Publisher of EM Asia.

The ceremony brought together around 200 industry professionals, who celebrated the joyous occasion with all the award winning companies.
