Top Performing Companies Honoured at the EM Asia Innovation Awards 2011
Singapore – The winners of the 6th EM Asia Innovation Awards were announced on 12th May at an awards ceremony held at the Shanghai Everbright International Hotel. Top performing companies from the electronics manufacturing industry were recognised for achieving the highest standards in the various manufacturing-related products, materials and equipment that have been introduced and offered for sale in Asia between January 1st 2010 and December 31st 2010.
This year, 24 trophies, ranging from assembly line equipment and cleaning materials, to soldering equipment, were handed out. Key industry associations including SMTA, iNEMI, Tsinghua University SMTLAB and Guangzhou Electronics Manufacturing Association (SMT) were all present to lend support to this important industry event.
“The EM Asia Innovation Awards program has grown from strength to strength since its inaugural year in 2006. We are proud to announce that this year’s Awards received exceptionally strong support from the industry. We thank you for making EM Asia the media choice for the electronics manufacturing industry across Asia,” said Raymond Foo, Group Editor of EM Asia.
“We will continue to evolve and remain relevant to provide industry players with a driving force that truly recognises excellent performance. All our winners have made major contributions towards their respective fields, and we are proud to honour their achievements,” added Raymond.
The Awards Ceremony ended on a high note with ALeader Vision Technology and Unicomp Technology jointly clinching top honours for Outstanding Product of the Year (China), and Juki Corporation was voted as Best Supplier of the Year.
The ceremony brought together around 200 industry professionals, who celebrated the joyous occasion with all the award winning companies.
